The Center of Counseling and Mental Health Wellness created a library of free, printable brochures that are designed for the college student. Our collection offers straightforward, actionable information on a wide range of topics—from managing stress and anxiety to building resilience and improving relationships. The brochures provide clear, compassionate, and practical guidance on a variety of mental health topics that students may encounter during their college experience.
