Training Structure + Oracle Guided Learning Overview
Training Structure: End User Training (EUT) has a three-part structure to support users through each stage of learning. The Education phase builds foundational knowledge for Talon go-live, and the Exploration phase is post-go-live where users can engage in hands-on learning within Talon. After go-live and the first weeks of system use, training enters the Excellence phase, which emphasizes ongoing support and continuous learning.
Oracle Guided Learning Overview: Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is a digital learning tool built directly into Talon. OGL provides prompts and relevant information needed to walk through processes. OGL is useful for completing processes for the first time and reviewing seldom used processes. OGL is accessed through a convenient widget and also provides employees with links to policies and TeamDynamix.
