Group Fitness Classes
We offer group fitness classes throughout the semester for student, members, and guests.
All classes are free for students and you don't need to sign up in advance. Drop ins
are encouraged! Classes can be purchased at the front desk and we accept cash or card.
All classes are held in the Burnett Recreation Center.

Class Descriptions
› Line Dancing
Synchronized steps, country beats, and zero need for a dance partner. No boots please.
› Pilates
A low intensity workout focused on building strength while improving flexibility through controlled body weight movement. All levels are welcome.
› Water Aerobics
Move and have fun in the water to a variety of upbeat music for an invigorating workout. All fitness levels are welcome.
