Move, recharge, and connect in our group fitness classes - open to students, faculty, staff, and members. Whether you're unwinding during your lunch break or fitting in a workout before or after class, each session offers expert instruction in a welcoming, supportive environment to help you stay active and reach your goals.

All classes are held in the Marc Burnett Student Recreation Center.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Fit (60 mins) - Dive In. Tone Up. Feel Amazing.

Make a splash with this energizing, low-impact workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Using the natural resistance of water, this class delivers total-body conditioning that’s gentle on the joints yet highly effective. Perfect for all fitness levels in a supportive, upbeat atmosphere. 

Aqua Spin (45 mins) - Pedal. Splash. Power.

Experience the ultimate low-impact, high-intensity workout combining cycling with the resistance of water. This unique class improves endurance, core stability, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, refreshing environment suitable for all levels.

Lunch Break Stretch (30 mins) - Relax. Reset. Recharge.

Break up your day with this 30-minute guided stretch designed to improve flexibility, joint health, and overall range of motion. Through dynamic stretches, controlled mobility drills, and posture-enhancing exercises, you’ll loosen tight muscles, reduce stiffness, and boost energy for the rest of your day. Perfect for all flexibility levels - this express session helps you move better and feel refreshed.

Restorative Yoga (30 mins) - Gentle. Reset. All levels.

Step away from your day with a slow, mindful yoga practice designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore focus. This class emphasizes gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation - perfect for a midday break. No sweating. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Pilates: Classical Mat (60 mins) - Strength. Control. Alignment.

Enjoy a dynamic, classical mat Pilates workout focusing on balance, flexibility, core strength, posture and breath. This one-hour class helps connect breath and movement, leaving you feeling stronger and more confident. All levels - from beginner to advanced - are welcome.

Rev Up (30 mins) - Quick. Strong. Energize.

Start your day strong with this energizing HIIT workout designed to wake up your body and mind. Rev Up combines quick cardio bursts and strength intervals to maximize results in just 30 minutes. You’ll leave feeling focused, energized, and ready to tackle the day. Options are provided for all levels.

Spin (45 mins) - Ride. Sweat. Smile. Repeat.

Experience the energy of group fitness with this indoor cycling class. This music-driven ride boosts cardiovascular fitness, strengthens your legs and core, and lifts your mood. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to the bike, this fun, sweat-filled class will keep you coming back for more. 

Kickbox Conditioning (45 mins) - Cardio. Power. Strength.

A high-energy fusion of kickboxing and strength training that delivers a powerful, full-body workout. Build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence through dynamic combinations and total-body conditioning. Modifications are provided to support all fitness levels.

Turbo Fit (45 mins) - Powerful. High-energy. Effective.

Push your limits with this high-intensity interval training class. Turbo Fit combines cardio bursts with strength-building moves for a total-body workout that boosts endurance, burns calories, and builds lean muscle. With motivating music and dynamic intervals, you’ll leave feeling strong and energized. Options are available for all levels.
