Day of Convocation

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm (CDT). We ask all participants and guests to arrive and be seated in the Hooper Eblen Center by 2:45pm. Student Orientation Assistants (SOAs) will be in the concourse area to assist with line-up and seating. As you file into the arena and get to your row, these personnel will be standing by to ensure that each row is filled and everyone has a seat. A program will be provided for the event so guests and students may follow along and know when to stand.
