Project Description:
This project includes a full renovation of Johnson Hall, the classroom building for the College of Business for TTU. Interior demolition and abatement was completed in Pkg 2. Package 3 renovation will include new interior walls, building systems, equipment and finishes. The project also includes new additions to the front and back of the building. The primary structure and roof will remain. The former Foster Hall site will return to green space.

Project Description:
This project includes the removal and replacement of shingles on thirty buildings, the removal and installation of new premanufactured cupolas on two buildings, and all related work. New architectural shingles will be installed with hand driven nails.Pre-Bid:
