The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFÉ) is searching for a Faculty Fellow for the upcoming Academic Year, Fall 2024-Spring 2025. The appointment includes summer 2024 salary support to assist with CAFÉ program planning and to assist with New Faculty Orientation in August 2024. The inaugural CAFÉ Fellow will assist the CAFÉ Director and staff with faculty engagement during the academic year through the promotion of existing professional development resources, as well as the curation and development of new resources. The Fellow will support implementation of strategic CAFÉ initiatives around faculty career support, including support to faculty in the areas of publishing, grantsmanship, and other scholarly activities.
